A digital data projector which can show videos, DVDs and Powerpoint presentations is available. An overhead projector and an easel and flipchart can also be provided. A stereo sound system with a CD player and wireless radio microphones is installed. A freestanding or table lectern completes the provision for visiting speakers. The lighting can be set at varying levels, or a full blackout can be achieved if required.
