After being a library for many years ... we opened to the public in 2004.

During the pandemic when we were closed the building has been refurbished.

The pediment was taken down and rebuilt

double glazing was installed upstairs

Freshly painted hallway, reading room and upstairs room.  replastered on the stairs.

The garden has been replanted
